Welcome to my real estate corner! I am Jordan Monbouquette, a dedicated real estate sales agent based in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida. My journey into real estate has roots that run deep, having grown up in a family entrenched in mortgage lending and residential real estate. I spent two years as a Mortgage Lender for Citizens Bank and Guaranteed Rate in Boston, MA. This industry exposure and first-hand experience as a Mortgage Lender, have instilled a profound passion for helping individuals make informed and strategic real estate investments while transforming houses into homes where memories are made and cherished.

My athletic journey as a former Division 1 Hockey Player and Lacrosse Player at Saint Michael's College has taught me honesty, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance – values I carry into every client interaction. 

I proudly hail from Boston, MA, so while I am not a native Floridian, Tampa Bay's remarkable growth in recent years left me astounded and inspired. The area's dynamic energy, ample opportunity, and thriving community compelled me to embrace this burgeoning market.
