Welcome to my real estate corner! I am Jordan Monbouquette, a dedicated real estate sales agent based in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida. My journey into real estate has roots that run deep, having grown up in a family entrenched in mortgage lending and residential real estate. I spent two years as a Mortgage Lender for Citizens Bank and Guaranteed Rate in Boston, MA. This industry exposure and first-hand experience as a Mortgage Lender, have instilled a profound passion for helping individuals make informed and strategic real estate investments while transforming houses into homes where memories are made and cherished.

When duty doesn’t call, you can find me enjoying the Florida sunshine—fishing, boating, playing pickle ball, grilling, or taking my Australian Shepherd (Woody) to Picnic Island.
